REAP is a unique economic and community development organization; there are only 5 REAP Zones in the entire United States. The Tioga County REAP Board has representatives from each of our towns and villages and six county wide interest areas. These representatives are liaisons between the communities and the REAP Board. Our Executive Director makes the REAP mission—to help local grassroots leaders plan and implement their own projects—come alive.
